Join Reiki Master Jen Kroll to continue your learning, deepen your knowledge and practice of Reiki to help yourself and others. ​Reiki is a from of energy work and powerful method of healing that is known to help with stress, anxiety, depression, pain, insomnia and much more.

The meaning of the word "Reiki" is the Universal Life Force Energy which works one a mental, physical, emotional and spiritual level. Reiki can help both the practitioner and the recipient in numerous and profound ways. ​

Over the two day class we will do attunements and meditation, journaling, and you will learn more about:

-Reiki symbols
-Cleansing with symbols
-Clearing attachments
-Distance Reiki
