Wash the past week's stress away and welcome the new week with a full hour of relaxation and rejuvenation with three practitioners. Kelly offers a guided imagery meditation and gives colored light therapy. Nellie provides Usui Reiki and some targeted massage on feet or shoulders/head and Joelle brings Holy Fire Reiki, essential oil inhalation/foot dilution, and intuitive cards/messages for 6 participants. We create an incredibly comforting environment of mats for lying on, and offer optional pillows, blankets, and knee bolsters. Other offerings may include hand massage, Thai head massage on sen points, tingshas, singing bowls, or crystals.

​Dress comfortably so that your only focus need be on relaxing into this profound multi-modality healing.

Kelly, our Colored Light Therapist, does light therapy on the bottoms of your feet with your socks off, but it is your choice. You may choose to have your hands worked on instead of your feet.
​
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to get settled - do not arrive any earlier than this as we have other events, appointments and practitioners with clients in the office.
We will provide mats, blankets and pillows. Please feel free to bring your own mat, blanket, pillow or bolster.
Please feel free to bring your water bottle.

*We reserve the right to cancel this event within 24 hours of start time if the minimum number of spots have not been sold. If you must cancel your spot, we require and appreciate 24 hours notice. Refunds will not be given to those who cancel with less than 24 hours notice.
