This Shadow Work workshop focuses on healing and integrating your inner child, guiding you through transformative excercises to reconnect with the wounded, forgotten, or supressed parts of yourself. Through a combination of introspective journaling, guided meditations, and discussion (optional sharing), you will uncover and nurture the lost or hurt aspects of your younger self. The workshop provides a safe, supportive environment to explore past expericences, release emotinal blockages, and embrace self-compassion, helping you heal old wounds and create a more 

authentic, empowered version of yourself. By the end you will have tools to continue your inner child work, fostering a greater emotional balance and self-awareness in your everyday life. (90 min. workshop)
