Acupressure points can be accessed to treat shoulder pain, neck stiffness, wrist pain, improve memory & concentration. Healing energy of reiki is utilized along with essential oils in massage blends plus aromatherapy.

Swedish Massage

Lomilomi Hawaiian Massage
Hawaiian traditional massage bestowed to Mary Beth from the Kahuna Auntie Maile Napoleon in Hilo, Hawaii. It begins with a chant, a prayer for healing. Vibration technique is used on the front of the body with abdominal massage for improved digestion, hip rotations for flexibility. Deep compression is used down the back of the body and around the shoulder blades. It ends with hot stones and light percussion with bamboo sticks to the whole body creating deep relaxation. Lomilomi allows space to open to relax deeply and heal.
