"Death is something many of us are uncomfortable speaking about, but to die is human. And anything human is mentionable. Anything mentionable is manageable."

~Fred Rogers

Profoundly Peaceful Passage

As an End of Life Doula, Mary Beth offers non-medical physical, emotional, and spiritual support to individuals and their loved ones before, during, and after death. Mary Beth passionately believes in our capacity to experience a mindful and deeply meaningful life…and death, and it is her honor to support you and your loved ones on this journey.

She encourages practices that foster an intimacy and deep presence with your stage of life and death. Some people don’t plan for the last days of illness because they don’t know they have choices or they don’t know the benefits of planning. Instead, they feel all they can do is suffer through the experience. When a dying person and their family plan for the last days, they can feel less anxious, less afraid, and regain a sense of control the illness had taken from them.
