Nellie's goal is to help you feel your best and decrease anxiety, tension, and stress through massage.

Amy's therapeutic approach focuses primarily on inducing deep relaxation before going deeper. Clients with chronic pain/complex conditions as well as people of all ages who are neurodivergent, have anxiety, PTSD, or other mental health challenges benefit greatly from Amy's techniques.  Amy masks up and implements strict disinfecting protocols between clients. 

Kathy's goal is to support people facing chronic health conditions including anxiety, cancer, depression, dementia and hospice as well as those looking for stress relief and to lay down their burdens.

Being a part of a person's wellness is Sarah's passion and she feels massage is a great modality to find healing and restoration. 

Jen focuses on relieving pain, reducing anxiety, relaxing and distressing in her healing energy work to bring you a better balance physically and emotionally.  

Lori focuses on creating a place where she and her clients can find healing and embrace an openness to a new space, to new understandings and new ways of being.
